Lilydale Lake family fun fishing day, BBQ lunch and games.

Lilydale Lake, located in Lilydale, Victoria, is a popular recreational spot approximately 34 km east of Melbourne’s CBD. This artificial lake and surrounding parkland offer a variety of activities suitable for all ages. The lake is stocked regularly by fisheries Victoria with Brown and Rainbow Trout but also holds Carp, Redfin, and Eels. There will be a free BBQ lunch with water provided as well, VFF will have fishing rods and tackle available for those that don’t have any and our volunteer team are happy to teach how to rig up and bait your hooks as well to rig up and bait your hooks as well.
